Description

This handy adapter easily connects your hard disks, DVD-ROM's, CD-ROM's, CD-RW's, Combo drives, DVD-RW's, and DVD-RAM drives to your computer through the USB port. It is especially useful for agile trade-offs when using multiple drives.

This adapter is PC/MAC compatible and compliant with both USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 plug and play. The data transfer rate is a high-speed 480 Mb/s (max) and supports a write speed of up to 52x. The IDE end of the adapter has connectors on opposite sides of its head that accomodate 2.5, 3.5, and 5.25 inch hard drives.
